This spreadsheet (csv) presents clearing by authorising Act on regulated land from 2018 to 2023 on page 3 of the SLATS Dashboard.
You can query it by clearing year, authorising Act, vegetation type (woody or non woody) and landcover class.
Unallocated clearing is vegetation clearing for which the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water has not identified formal authorisation or cannot presume authorisation using visual cues. Authorising Act approvals include the Local Land Services Act 2013 and other relevant legislation, such as former Native Vegetation Act 2003.
To allocate authorisation, clearing is analysed against all available spatial approval data or determined using visual cues in the imagery. No analysis of the characteristics of these activities has been undertaken to ensure they comply with specifications under the relevant Act.
Detectable clearing may include clearing invasive native species.
