DRAFT Central Coast Strategic Conservation Plan Data

The DRAFT Central Coast Strategic Conservation Plan data contains data for the native vegetation, threatened ecological communities and the certified urban capable land and non-certified land. The data is valid for the period of the Central Coast Strategic Conservation Plan (CCSCP) public exhibition from 30/09/2025 to 11/11/2025. Submissions received during public exhibition will be reviewed and taken into account to finalise the Plan in 2026.

Certified urban capable land will have upfront State and Federal biodiversity approvals, through the CCSCP. Landowners will not be required to seek their own biodiversity approvals if they want to develop their land.

Non-certified land is not suitable for more intensive development. Current land uses can continue however native vegetation clearing will be restricted.
